Customers can cancel their flight booking by calling our Customer Care Line at (888) 910-8306
For verification, our representative may request details such as the booking reference number, passenger’s full name, and payment method used.
Within 24 Hours of Booking:
If the booking is canceled within 24 hours of purchase and at least 7 days before departure, you are eligible for a full refund (per U.S. Department of Transportation guidelines).
After 24 Hours of Booking:
Airline-specific cancellation fees and agency service charges will apply. The exact amount will be communicated during your call before processing the cancellation.
Last-Minute Cancellations (Within 72 Hours of Departure):
Refund eligibility may be limited, subject to airline policies. In many cases, only taxes or partial fare credit may be refunded.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on the airline and bank.
Certain promotional, discounted, or basic economy fares are non-refundable. Our representatives will inform you if your ticket falls under this category and provide options such as travel credit (if available).
If you wish to reschedule instead of cancel, our agents can assist in booking a new flight (airline rebooking/change fees may apply).
A nominal service fee may apply for cancellations made via phone call, in addition to airline penalties. The fee will be disclosed upfront before confirming cancellation.
