These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all flight booking services provided by Travel with ZIng Agency,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to customers (“you” or “your”) in the United States who make or manage reservations via phone call. By booking with us, you agree to the following:
1.1. All bookings are subject to airline availability, schedules, and fare rules at the time of reservation.
1.2. The Agency acts as an intermediary between you and the airline. We do not operate flights but facilitate reservations, ticket issuance, and customer support.
1.3. These Terms apply to bookings made by phone calls only. Online bookings may be subject to different terms.
2.1. Bookings must be confirmed with full payment at the time of purchase.
2.2. Payment must be made using a valid credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment methods.
2.3. Prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change until payment is completed.
3.1. Cancellations must be requested by calling our Customer Care Line at (888) 910-8306
3.2. A 24-hour risk-free cancellation applies if:
The booking is canceled within 24 hours of purchase, and
The scheduled departure is at least 7 days away.
3.3. After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to airline fare rules, penalties, and Agency service fees.
3.4. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original form of payment within 7–14 business days, subject to airline and banking timelines.
3.5. Certain fares, including discounted, promotional, or basic economy tickets, may be non-refundable.
4.1. Flight date/time changes are subject to airline change fees, fare differences, and Agency service charges.
4.2. All requests must be made by phone through our customer support team.
4.3. Availability for rebooking cannot be guaranteed.
5.1. A non-refundable service fee may be charged for cancellations, rebookings, or modifications made via phone.
5.2. Service fees are separate from airline penalties and will be disclosed before processing your request.
6.1. The Agency is not responsible for:
Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by the airline.
Losses due to visa issues, travel restrictions, or failure to meet entry requirements.
Missed flights due to late arrival at the airport or incorrect passenger details.
6.2. Your contract for air transportation lies directly with the airline.
6.3. Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us for the booking.
7.1. You are responsible for providing accurate passenger details (name, date of birth, passport information, etc.).
7.2. Any error in passenger details may result in denied boarding or additional charges.
8.1. It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents (passport, visa, health documents, etc.).
8.2. Compliance with TSA, FAA, and Department of Homeland Security regulations is mandatory.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which the Agency is registered.
